Last month STRABAG Australia successfully completed an impressive 830 mtunnelling drive near Newcastle, NSW.

 Halfwaythrough the drive, Jackcontrol was approached with a short-termrequest to provide an MSS system to monitor jacking forces andskin friction along the tunnel. 📊

Within just threeweeks, the request was transformed into a complete jobsite installation —from initial order to full operational support. This achievement highlights theflexibility and commitment of our team in supporting challenging tunnellingprojects globally.

🌊 Interestingfact: the completed tunnel will serve as an oceanwater intake for Hunter Water’s desalination plant, contributing tocritical water infrastructure for the future.
